The language available for concluding the contract is exclusively German. Translations into other languages are provided for information purposes only. In case of discrepancies, the German text shall prevail.
Please refer to the individual product descriptions within our website for the essential characteristics of the goods and services offered by us as well as the validity period of limited offers.
The presentation of our products does not constitute a binding offer on our part. Only the ordering of a product by you constitutes a binding offer pursuant to § 145 of the German Civil Code (BGB). In the event of acceptance of this offer, we will send you an order confirmation by email or dispatch the goods. This constitutes the conclusion of the purchase contract between you and us.
Any input errors made during the submission of your order can be recognized and corrected using the delete and change functions before the order is sent off, during the final confirmation at the checkout.
Should the goods you have ordered not be available, we reserve the right not to provide the service, in which case we will inform you of this without delay before the contract is concluded.
The prices stated by us are final prices inclusive of taxes. The shipping costs are separately stated for each product as well as in the order overview.
The purchase price is due immediately upon ordering. Payment for the goods is made at your discretion by prepayment via bank transfer, by credit card, via PayPal, or by direct debit through our payment service provider (we use the SSL transmission procedure to encrypt your personal data). The data required for the processing of the contract between you and us will be stored by us and are accessible to you at any time. In this regard, we refer to the regulations on data protection in our terms and conditions.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal as a consumer, you can do so within fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

The timely dispatch of this communication before the expiry of the withdrawal period is sufficient to comply with the withdrawal deadline. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of this period.
Consequences of withdrawal: In the event of your withdrawal, we will refund to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. This includes the delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You are required to return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
Delivery of non-premanufactured goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs of the consumer.
Delivery of perishable goods or goods with a quickly expiring expiration date.
Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to reasons of health protection or hygiene if their sealing has been removed after delivery.
Delivery of goods which, after delivery, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. Ideally, return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection against transport damage and to avoid claims for damages due to insufficient packaging.
Please call us at +49-2641-8097777 before returning the goods to announce the return. This will enable us to assign the products as quickly as possible.
Please note that the return modalities mentioned in the preceding paragraphs 2 and 3 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Returns are only possible after consultation due to the fresh ingredients and handcrafted production of our pralines and truffles, as they are perishable products. We will certainly find a better solution; please call us for this purpose.
