DURABILITY
Our chocolates and truffles are handmade with fresh ingredients, without the use of artificial preservatives.
They therefore have a shelf life of around 4 weeks and develop their best taste when enjoyed fresh.
Our fresh baked goods, such as croissants and tarts, are to be consumed on the day of purchase.
STORAGE
It is recommended to store the pralines and truffles in a cool, dry place at around 14 - 16 °C.
Using the refrigerator is not recommended as it is too cold and humid. Other chocolate products should also be stored in a cool, dry place at around 16 - 18 °C.
All weights are approximate as our products are handmade. Minor deviations are possible.
