SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping is carried out, subject to product availability and after payment has been received, currently from Wednesday to Friday. Orders received by 8:00 a.m. on these shipping days will be shipped the same day.
Shipping is available within Germany, as well as to Austria and Switzerland via DHL. DHL indicates a usual delivery time within Germany of 2–4 business days. All prices include statutory VAT.
During the winter months, we offer free standard shipping within Germany for orders over €100.00.
During the summer months, we offer free cooled standard shipping within Germany for orders over €100.00.

Our products are carefully packaged with sufficient padding to ensure safe delivery. Our treats come in elegant, high-quality packaging; we do not offer separate gift wrapping.
On hot summer days, we ship exclusively via cooled shipping including an insulated bag (rates as above).
Please ensure that your package can be received on the first delivery attempt to avoid prolonged storage and extreme temperature fluctuations.
Pickup
You can choose your desired pickup date in the shopping cart according to our opening hours. Please note: only orders received by 3:00 p.m. can be processed for the next opening day.
